With numerous radio and television appearances, Ms. Allen is an accomplished public speaker and author of two books, Here’s The Plan – Tips, Ideas and Strategies for Personal Financial Planning and Happy New Millennium – Financial Food For Thought.

Dixie’s philanthropic endeavors extend to young Artists and Athletes. In 2018, she established an Excellence in Photography award with Ryerson Image Center. As a passionate photographer, works from her global travels were recently shown at the The Scotiabank Contact Photography Show.
