Susan Hodkinson

Susan is the Chief Operating Officer and the Partner in charge of the HR Consulting Practice Group at Crowe Soberman LLP in Toronto, Ontario. She provides HR and leadership consulting services to private companies in a wide variety of industries. Susan is a very active community leader. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum Global board and is the Chair of the Board of the Nightwood Theatre, the oldest feminist theatre company in Canada. Susan also sits on the board of the Women’s Brain Health Initiative and has been an Honourary Chair of the One Walk to Conquer Cancer, supporting Princess Margaret Cancer Centre since 2010.
